What is your service area?

We serve the Columbus, Ohio area inside the 270 outer belt including Downtown Columbus, German Village, Bexley, Merion Village, Victorian Village, Short North, Upper Arlington, Clintonville, Worthington, and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure if we’ll come to your house take a look at our service area map. Generally if you’re within 15 miles of downtown Columbus, we will be happy to come to you.

 

I live outside your service area. Will you come to my house?

Unfortunately, due to travel constraints, we are not able to visit pets outside of our regular service area. If you are unsure whether you are within our service area, please feel free to call us at 614-636-1818. We do not guarantee that we can accomodate any housecalls outside of our service area.

 

What can I expect when you come to my house?

When City Paws arrives to your house, the doctor (and an assistant if necessary) will come to the door and introduce themselves to you and your pets. The doctor will perform a thorough physical exam, and will discuss any additional diagnostic tests if needed. We are happy to provide a detailed estimate at the time of service, and will always email an itemized receipt.

 

How do I set up an appointment?

Our hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm, and every other Saturday- 9:00pm-12:00pm.

 

What is your payment policy?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and cash. Payment is due at time of service, and we are always happy to provide a detailed estimate.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the unique nature of our mobile business, any appointment cancelled within 24 hours could incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, please contact us so that we can accommodate your pets needs.
